Refund policy

Returns

We offer free return shipping in the USA if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our items. A prepaid return label will be provided.

International returns cannot use the domestic return label. International buyers must contact us for return instructions and may be liable for return shipping costs.

You may return an unopened, unused item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Please contact us via email only at offthehook@jdltreasures.com to initiate your return.

You must include the following:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Full address, including city, state and zip code
  • Reason for the return
  • Email address so we can send you a return label. 
  • Credits to your card will be issued once the item is received and restocked. Returns that are not in original package may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three (3) days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
